In regard to your proposal for a cooperative agreement, as always we are extremely interested in cooperating with companies or individuals who are able to supply our organization with quality, reliable teachers and experts, along with a variety of curriculum and business services.

If this is an opportunity that you would like to investigate further, we respectfully request that the submission of an expression of interest and a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), so that you can provide us with some background information about you and the particular skills that you believe would be advantageous to the recruitment services of NETWORK ESL.

Once we have received your MOU the directors of The Network will discuss your proposal and reply accordingly.
