New Oriental Education & Technology Group (New York Stock Exchange: EDU) was born out of Beijing New Oriental School, which was established November 16, 1993.
At present, the group focuses on foreign language training and elementary education, with an array of training and educational programs. It is a large-scale comprehensive education and technology group combining education and training, education R&D, book, audio and video publishing, overseas education services, vocational education, online education, and the research and development of educational software.
It was listed on the New York Stock Exchange on September 7, 2006, the first private education company to achieve this feat in China.
Elite Learning
Elite Learning, an affiliated top-end English training provider to New Oriental Education&Technology Group launched in 2002, aims to offer Elite business English training services for those professionals on the go and the special-tailored courses for the children of Elite families. It includes Elite Business Club and Elite Campus English.
Up to now, Elite Learning has established five centers for adult students and four for kids. Not only can students improve their language skills, but also make more friends here just at Elite.
Referred to the British and US prevailing Liberal Education theme, Elite Campus English designed a course for those 3-17 years¡¯ old kids, which is the ice-breaking and the only organization that offers the one-stop English training resolution in Beijing.
